Our heat went out yesterday (early Feb, in the 20s overnight) and I had thought it was the thermostat. I was suggested to call another HVAC repair man. I called and left a message (who still hasn’t returned my call). I looked up HVAC repair on the Yellow Pages and saw Haynes Heating and Air. He had good reviews, so I gave him a call. Mike answered the phone. He spent about 10 minutes (after business hours) talking me through what the issues probably were and giving me things to check. This was all BEFORE he knew that I was going to give him my business. I was able (with his help) to find take pictures and send him evidence of the problem. By the next morning he was out here and within a short time had the problem resolved. Mike Haynes has service that’s helpful/educational and timely. It even cost me much less than I was expecting! Most importantly, we have heat!!! I am very pleased and will use Haynes again if ever I am in need of HVAC service. Thank you, Mike!

Our air went out in the middle of June. We called and they were at our house within 20 mins. Right away fixed the problem and had our air fixed. We will definitely use them again for any of our heating and cooling needs.

My heating pump went out 7 months after the purchase of my home. Was given Mike Haynes name from another professional. This gentleman who owns his company is rare indeed. They came out within 45 min. And diagnosed the problem. He is the most humble gentleman I have ever met. His personality, the way he treats people, and his professional skills are the best I have ever seen. His work is excellent and quick. He offers advice to help with questions that one might have, and to call his office with any problems that may come up. His prices are very fair and he will definitely treat you with honesty, fairness and respect. This is the only company that you will ever need in the cooling or heating of your home. Would and already have given his name to everyone I know, even those in Alaska, in which he says ” the service call might be a bit high” !! Great great great company.

Michael has done my heating and cooling for the past 8 years. I have a business and a couple rental houses and Michael does all my service work and new installs. I use Michael for 2 reasons. He always shows up when he says he will be there, and he treats my money like he’s spending his money. He gives you options and gives his advise, but has never pressured me into replacing a unit if I just wanted to have it repaired or patched for the time being for budget restraints. Michael has installed 7 units for me over the past 6 years, 2 of them in my own home that I just built and the rest in my rental units and I have not had any problems with his work. I did have a problem with one of the units in my house that turned out to be a faulty board. Michael did not give up until he found out what the problem was and had the part replaced. Michael will go above and beyond to make his customers happy and satisfied. I would recommend him to anyone!!!!

This company is top notch. Mike has the expertise to do the job right at a reasonable price. His professionalism, punctuality, responsiveness, and quality of work is also top notch. I would NOT use any other company for my heating and air conditioning needs.
